Implementation Services:
eMids can be a lead implementation vendor or be a part of a consortium implementing Peoplesoft. eMids can assist with installation, implementation, customization, integration and upgradation. Our implementation offering consists of baselining the existing process, defining the “to-be” processes, building out the system and customizing the application as needed and suited to the customer’s needs. Deployment may be done at the customer’s premises or at a third-party hosting vendor.

Upgrade Services:
eMids can be your complete upgrade partner helping you to move to Peoplesoft 8.9 and 9.0. We start out by planning your upgrade, detailing the various steps and ensuring that all users will be trained. The Upgrade process is split into three main parts – Tools upgrade, Applications upgrade and Support. We have developed several Upgrade Accelerators to help rapidly and accurately upgrade Peoplesoft. We have specific upgrade test routines to ensure that Peoplesoft upgrades are free of any glitches.

Post-implementation Services:
eMids is the "partner-of-choice" for post-implementation support and services related to Peoplesoft. Production support includes technical support activities to manage the Applications, Databases and Operating systems. This is done through managing operations, troubleshooting, problem management and user support aiming at preventive maintenance and constantly adding value through proactive analysis and performance management. Programming support is to provide enhancements to existing features, design and develop customizations, fix bugs, develop additional reports and upgrade the application with new releases.
